If you've come this far, the chances are yes, you probably need a bookkeeper.
Bookkeepers are the quiet force behind growing your business. If you are spending too much time searching for misplaced invoices, worrying about paying suppliers on time, or struggling to see where the money from your bank account is going each month, then you need a bookkeeper.
Spectra Bookkeeping can help you find clarity to help you make decisions about your business.
AATQB, that's what!
This stands for Association of Accounting Technicians Qualified Bookkeeper. AAT are one of the most stringent bodies in the UK, and recognised worldwide as a professional regulatory body and Anti Money Laundering (AML) Supervisor.
Having this qualification shows that I know my stuff, and passed the exams to prove it.
Not like Dave down the pub. He hasn't got letters after his name now does he?
That depends on what you need!
I can offer services from just tidying up your bank account so your data is accurate, to running payroll for your staff, to preparing your VAT returns.
Just get in touch and I'll be happy to talk through your needs, whether you've never had a bookkeeper, or your accountant says your files are chaos, I might be just what you are looking for.
And remember, you pay for Quality, Security and Compliance.
That also means you can take a day off instead of burying yourself in piles of receipts on a Sunday afternoon.
I don't need you to drop off receipts to the office, because I don't have one!
This keeps overheads low, flexibility high and allows me to help part-time small businesses, because I am one.
Work around your kids? Me too!
Travel loads? Wish I was with you, but more importantly you don't need to worry about dropping off a pile of paperwork at the end of every month, because with advances in technology, a quick snap of a receipt on your phone, auto-forward an invoice, link your bank feed, and we're off.
Virtual means freedom. And Wallace was all for it.
